Last Chance...

Let me start of by announcing the winner of the Viewer's Choice Giveaway.  Congratulations Quilting Swede!  You chose the gift certificate to the Fat Quarter Shop and I've already sent you an email.  (My husband randomly drew the winner for this giveaway.)

As much as I've enjoyed giving away so much fabric (and the gift certificate), I can't keep doing it forever (even if I'd like to!)  So this week is going to be the last one (at least for a little while) and because of that, I'm going to make it a big one!  This week I'm giving away more than 8 yards of Maison de Noel by 3 Sisters for Moda.  Included is all the fabric you see pictured.

More than 8 yards of Maison de Noel

Unfortunately, due to the cost of shipping this, I'm going to limit this giveaway to those living in the US and Canada.  To enter, do the following:

  1. Follow my blog. (Hint: The 'Join this site' button is on the right hand side.)
  2. Leave me a comment letting me know what superpower you'd want if you could have one. (I'd want to be able to understand any language ever written or spoken.  I'd love to be able to read the Bible in it's original language!
That's all!  I'm going to leave this giveaway open until Saturday, March 30th at 6 PM EST.  Good luck!

  14. I'm a follower. Love your taste in fabric. I actually think about my superpower a lot. I want to have the power to take off years with my touch. Touch my car, it's like brand new, my worn out water heater working like brand new. Give myself a hug and take 10 or 20 years off. Oh, I can dream. 3bakergirlsgo@gmail.com

  16. I just found your blog and think you are my soul sister. I love God's word, my family and my pets. I have 3 cats, George, Martha and and Johnny Cash (looks like your David). Plus 3 dogs Pogo, Deezal and sweet humble Rock. Sooooo for my super power I would like to be like Dr. Dolittle and converse with the animals. Wouldn't that be interesting to know what the really think about humans and our strange habits.

  17. I'm a follower. The superpower ... haven't thought about it much. Typed and deleted trying to find the words. I'd love to be able to know what each person I meet needs the most from me, whether a kind word or understanding where they are coming from, or physical help. But I'd want to be able to turn it off at times.
We've all heard an angry, tired mother berate her children in the store. I've wondered what I could do to help her, so that she and her children would be blessed with some peace. Maybe next time, I'll offer to push the cart with the kids and follow her around the store.

  19. What an intriguing question! I think I'd like to understand what a person is trying to communicate in words and body language. What they truly mean to communicate not what I think they are saying. Thank you for an awesome giveaway! This is one of my favorite Christmas lines. Take care!
